What happened when we sold, and what we changed
I reached out to 14 people, received 7 replies, and booked two meetings with CEOs of real estate companies. My next step is to lead with personalized before-and-after examples from each agent’s own listing, so they can see the value immediately.
Our plan to $10K
To reach $10,000 in revenue within 90 days, I need 205 paid listings—roughly 16 per week. At an estimated $10 delivery cost per listing, each $49 sale leaves $39 before other expenses. I’ll use 20 free listing previews to start conversations with agents, turn those conversations into paid orders, and build repeat business. Once agents have tried the service, I’ll test monthly packages for those with multiple listings.
